Weekly, 45-minute classes include songs, rhythmic rhymes, movement, and instrument play. These activities are presented as informal, non-performance-oriented musical experiences--developmentally appropriate for children and easy for parents and caregivers-regardless of their own musical ability. Two CD's and an illustrated songbook are included!
All classes are designed for mixed-aged groups (birth to 5 yrs) unless otherwise stated.
Families are invited to makeup 2 classes per session.

Driving Directions:
From downtown Reno and points east: Take I-80 west to West McCarran, go left on McCarran. Take a right on West Fourth St. Follow W. Fourth St. 2 miles to Woodland St. Take a left, cross the railroad tracks, then take your first left on White Fir St. We are the last driveway on the left before the cul-de-sac. Enter into the parking lot with the Interpretive Gardens sign.
From North Lake Tahoe/Truckee: Take I-80 east to exit 8 (West 4th Street). Follow W. 4th St. for one mile until you see Woodland St. Take a right, cross the railroad tracks, then take your first left onto White Fir St. We are located down the road on the left hand side just before the cul-de-sac. Look for the Interpretive Gardens sign. |
